Athens is our home, but it is far from our limit. We operate actively across Greece — islands included — and have a strong, established presence throughout the United Kingdom. We are equally comfortable sourcing a venue in central London as we are finding a hidden hillside property outside Athens, and we bring the same standard of planning and management to both. For destination events, we make it a point to visit and assess every location in person before making any recommendations. Wherever your event needs to happen, we will be there — ahead of time, prepared, and ready to make it exceptional.

For larger events — multi-day gatherings, events with significant guest numbers, or anything requiring exclusive venue hire — we recommend reaching out at least six to twelve months in advance. The best venues and the best suppliers book up quickly, and early engagement gives us the runway to do our most thorough and creative work. That said, we are experienced planners who know how to move efficiently when timelines are tight. If your event is closer than that, contact us anyway. We will always give you an honest assessment of what is achievable and, more often than not, we find a way to make it work.

Transparently and practically. We do not offer fixed packages because no two events are the same, and a package that doesn’t reflect your actual needs is not good value — it is just a number. In our first conversation, we talk openly about your budget, your priorities, and where you want to invest most. From there, we build a financial plan that allocates your resources intelligently, draws on our supplier relationships to secure the best possible terms, and tracks every expenditure throughout the planning process. You will always know where your money is going, and you will never encounter a cost that wasn’t discussed and agreed in advance.
