For larger groups, we negotiate room block agreements that guarantee availability and secure preferential rates, and we manage all rooming lists, special requests, and check-in logistics directly with the hotel.

Our accommodation sourcing service extends beyond simply finding a place for guests to stay. We think about the full arrival and departure experience — how guests will travel between the hotel and the venue, what information they need before they arrive, what welcome details might be waiting for them in their rooms. For destination events, we also advise on and coordinate any pre or post-event excursions or experiences that guests might appreciate. The goal is always the same: for every guest, from the moment they land or arrive to the moment they leave, to feel that every aspect of the event — including where they stayed — was chosen with them in mind.
